Fantastic park to stay! Very scenic, right on the Dolores River. Most river sites have grass in between. People that work here are very friendly. Quite a few folks that are staying for several weeks. Quite a few expensive rigs camped in there! Pretty nice to sit right along the river in front of your fire ring in the evenings! We'll be back!

What a great USFS campground! One of the best we have stayed in. Absolutely beautiful country! Water and electric only, no sewer hook-ups and no dump station available, be prepared! Hosts were VERY friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is gorgeous, the Towns of Redstone and Marble are must-sees! We had Space #17 that was an absolutely HUGE pull through with privacy and lots of space. Campsites here are really spread out. Easy driving distance to Aspen, about an hour. Will definitely be back some day!

Great place to stay!! A close bike ride or walk to all amenities/ shops in town. Deer casually stroll through CG and right into the sites. Beautiful views from the CG itself. Grass between the sites, concrete pad next to pull thru space and table. Will stay here again!

Only 10 mins. South of Helena right off I-15 in Clancy, MT. Fantastic spot for 1-night stop or more. Stream runs through Cg and fishing for 8-12" brown, brook, rainbow trout is FANTASTIC!! Close to HWY, noise did not bother us, however. Nice people run the place. Sites have 30 amp + water. No sewer hook-up, but, dump station near front. Will DEFINITELY stay here again next time we are in the area.

What a great place to unwind and relax at!! We stopped over for 2 days on the way home from our Grand Teton/ Yellowstone vacation. Great pool for the kids. Restrooms and showers are nice and clean. Park staff is very helpful. Probably the nicest park we have ever camped at (for a full hook-up resort/ type)! We'll be back!

Clean, organized park. There are quite a few full-time units there. The pool was nice for the kids. Showers and restrooms were pretty clean. Great stopover during a long trip!

Would never stay here again. Sites are cramped pretty close. Overgrown with trees in some areas that don't allow for awnings or large rv's. Had to trim a few limbs that were scraping my roof. Weird 90 degree inlets for the sewer hook-up that allowed for a little leakage when dumping tanks. The NP campground around the corner is definitely the place to stay at Colter Bay.

Very nice Park Service Campground! This place is very convenient to Jackson, WY. Also very close to Moose Junction and GTNP. Walking distance to the Gros Ventre River. Fishing in the river and wildlife viewing (moose, beavers, deer, bison). This is now the place we will stay whenever we return to GTNP!!

Very nice State Park campground. Right on the Colorado River. Nice, double-wide, shaded, back-in spaces. Water/ electric hook-ups in all sites, sewer available in a few. We spent 4 days here during the kids x-mas break from school and had a blast! The Buckskin Loop Trail is great, also some nice areas to ride bikes. Hopefully you can run into the guy that is a host here and knows all about the trail and the vegetation in the area, he is great! Will be back next winter for another get-away!

Very nice, clean State Park campground. All paved interior roads and paved pull through and back-in sites. Sites have water and electric hook-ups. Area would be a little more scenic with "green" in the trees, but, this time of the year, not gonna happen! The showers and restrooms were detailed every day by the staff and were extremely clean! The tours of the caverns are WELL worth the expense! Tombstone only 30 min. drive away. We'll be back!

Cleanest, nicest place we have ever stayed at. The pool is fantastic for the kids. The showers and restrooms were the best I have seen so far! Close to the strip too! Very secure place.

Very nice, shady place! The staff was great. Pool is great for the kids! Close to restaurants and shopping without feeling close to a city. Restrooms and showers were very clean!

Not at all worth the $47 nightly fee. At least keep the grass in the park alive for that much money!! Sites were not level from side to side and the whole place was cramped and seemed dirty. Would never stay there again, very disappointed.

Don't know why so many people complain about this park. It's located in one of the most beautiful parks on earth! Spaces are close together and some sites have trees that do not allow for the awning to be out. It is centrally located in the park and close to a lot of places! Have been there twice and will go back!

Very nice national Forest campground. A lot of trees and shade. No hook-ups, but can't beat it for $15 per night. Close to a lot of scenic places. Would definitely go back!
